hope to learn some basic anime-style painting knowledge

I paint at least 15 minutes every day, and hoping to make it my hobby. I have taken 0 hour professional painting course and have no idea how to get started with painting. I hope to learn some basic painting knowledge, so that I can have a basic understanding of how to draw anime characters.
