Re learn Illustrator/Photoshop

Hello, I am looking to relearn illustrator/Photoshop and any other programmes to get back into design but I struggle with online tutorials and need someone to tell me what to do! I can offer English skills either as a foreign language or any form of copywriting/editing/essays etc I enjoy any kind of academic essays. I also sew, can help to understand patterns, draping, costume design and making and portfolio work. I can also cook and clean if that's handy!
