I was born in Peru and had the chance to learn cookink at an amateur level. Later I also lived in Mexico and in Sweden, getting the input from the Northern-Mexican and Nordic movement inspired by Claus Mayer.
Peruvian food have been recognized in the "Travel Food Awards" as the best in the world in the last three years. I cooked with a couple of creatice Peruvian chefs including Gaston Acurio among friends.
I cook beause for me it is a way of transmeeting feelings and emotions.
