Svastha yoga therapy is a mind-body approach to physical and emotional imbalances, which emphasizes the unique needs of each individual. It involves a combination of asana, pranayama, mindfulness and other meditation techniques. Developed by Ganesh Mohan and based on the teachings of his father A.G. Mohan, who was a long time student of Krishnmacharya.
